Having worked for more than 15 years in the field of finance, I discovered the world of Idolem more than ten years ago. From my first visit, I was seduced by the warmth and serenity of the studios. This place quickly became a real oasis, especially during the more intense periods when I was juggling professional and family life. Driven by the desire to regain both mental and physical balance, the practice of hot yoga gradually allowed me to reconnect with my profound values and to realign my aspirations.
Passionate about well-being and personal growth for a long time, I am now very happy to realize a dream: to acquire my own yoga studio and to offer my community, in turn, the opportunity to experience these precious moments of calm, energy and transformation.
