After having held various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for a balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered hot yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the hustle and bustle of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and has also helped me get through work pressures and stress storms. Today, I am proud owner of 7 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day at Centropolis, Le Plateau, Plaza, Promenade Masson, St-Jérôme, St-Léonard and Villeray studios.
Having already succeeded in building a great community at the Studio du Plateau since September 2021, it seemed natural for me to seize the opportunity to take over this second branch, also located on the Plateau. It is a real honor for me to take over the reins of this magnificent studio, ideally located on Saint-Laurent Boulevard.
Surrounded by a team of young women who are passionate and committed to this beautiful project, we are committed to supporting each person in their yoga practice. Our wish: that everyone can feel good, at peace, and fully at home in this new space, designed as a real second home.
