After having held various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for a balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered hot yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the hustle and bustle of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and has also helped me get through work pressures and stress storms. Today, I am proud owner of 7 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day at Centropolis, Le Plateau, Plaza, Promenade Masson, St-Jérôme, St-Léonard and Villeray studios.

Yoga found me when I needed it most. During a chapter of my life marked by chronic anxiety and mental health struggles, I often felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and quietly searching for even the smallest sense of peace beneath the noise of everyday life. At Idolem, I found more than a yoga studio, I found a place where I could finally breathe again. A place of grounding, healing, and quiet connection.

That experience stayed with me. It softened something in me, and slowly changed the course of my life. It is what led me to become part of Idolem. Yoga did not simply help me cope with life, it taught me how to return to myself, again and again, with more compassion, patience, and tenderness.

Today, I hold this studio with deep gratitude and care. My intention is to offer others what was once offered to me: a sanctuary where you can arrive exactly as you are, lay down what feels heavy, and remember, even for a moment, what it feels like to be at ease in your own breath.

Above all, I hope Idolem feels like a gentle homecoming—a place where people are seen, held, and quietly reminded that even in the midst of life’s chaos, there is always a way back to themselves.
