After having held various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for a balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered hot yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the hustle and bustle of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and has also helped me get through work pressures and stress storms. Today, I am proud owner of 7 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day at Centropolis, Le Plateau, Plaza, Promenade Masson, St-Jérôme, St-Léonard and Villeray studios.

Idolem and I have a very long love story! A kinesiologist by training, I started working for Idolem as a studio manager, then as a yoga teacher, while completing my master's degree in organizational development at HEC. With the growth of the network and my growing love for my work, I never left this great organization again! Idolem allows me to combine my two professional passions, movement and management, with the most beautiful of missions: to do good to people. Today, I am proud to own a studio in my turn and to be able to continue to promote this great company, surrounded by an extraordinary team that continues to make me evolve and grow.
