For 8 years I have been working as an owner within the large Idolem family. With a lot of passion and motivation, I opened the Idolem Mascouche studio and have had so many great experiences over time that my opinion to go further has grown. So I decided to open the Idolem Griffintown studio in Joliette and soon the one in Repentingy. I am so happy to continue the adventure but also to refine my mission a little more and more, which is to spread well-being over time in my own way and with my extraordinary teams. I am also a yoga teacher and here is a bit of my philosophy when you are with me in the hot room: Being an artist with a scientific spirit, I find my balance through these two worlds! My teaching is as passionate & creative as it is rational & logical. Trained as a professional ballerina, for me music and movement are two allies that make us vibrate on our carpets. That's why I want to offer you during my classes: rhythm and tone so that you can go find that new energy that will make you feel even more powerful! I want to take you to another zone where intensity will combine strength & vitality. Looking forward to sharing together in all my studios.
