Yoga accompanied her through life's challenges and more difficult times, offering her daily balance, strength, and peace.

For his part, Yanis has always been passionate about sports. Over the years, physical activity became a true outlet for him, and discovering Idolem hot yoga allowed him to find both physical and mental balance. Although he works professionally in business technology, he has always harbored a strong entrepreneurial spirit and dreamed of creating a space dedicated to movement and well-being.

Naturally, Idolem emerged as the ideal project for the couple: a perfect union of their passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Driven by the desire to introduce others to the many benefits of hot yoga, Yanis and Émilie aim to create a warm, inspiring, and accessible space where well-being is at the heart of every experience.
