Trained as a clinical nurse, I have always had the well-being of others at heart. It was during a difficult period of life that I discovered hot yoga at Idolem. This practice literally transformed me, and I quickly became convinced that it was thanks to these moments on my carpet that I was able to get through these trials.

Driven by the desire to offer this feeling of peace and well-being to my community, I have been fortunate to build, with a great team, spaces where well-being, caring and community meet. For more than 7 years now in the Idolem network, each project is for me a new opportunity to create warm places where everyone can relax, breathe and reconnect with themselves.

Mom of two beautiful children, I deeply believe in the balance between heart, family and work. My wish is that each visit to the studio becomes a true experience of well-being, presence and connection.
