Our new Idolem studio in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu is simply majestic, unique in its kind, warm with a mixture of exotic and current trends! It feels good, it's spacious, the place and the people are welcoming and sure to brighten your day. You enter the studio and here is your own moment! Everything has been designed to get you away and live in the moment with us and our much-loved yoga teachers! More precisely, the studio was designed for your great comfort and meet your needs: Several parking spaces, a large reception, large changing rooms (4 showers for women and 3 showers for men), facilities to get a beauty, 57 seats in the hot room, a tea station, a tea station, a salt wall and hours and a number of courses based on your daily reality, etc. In summary, it is a sublime place that we have I want to come and come back again and again and again for an eternity!!

A geographer by training, I worked for 15 years in the municipal field planning and being responsible for territorial development while growing up in a family where business was part of daily life. Today, I am very happy to be part of the IDOLEM family and to have made the decision to open a hot yoga studio in the city where I chose to live and to base my hopes and ideals. Full of certainties, beliefs and excitement, I am beginning the second part of my professional life by offering myself one of the greatest gifts of my life: selling well-being and a unique experience to all those who will have the call of zenitude and who will go so far as to cross the doors of my hot yoga studio in Saint-Jean.
