More precisely, the studio was designed for your great comfort and meet your needs: Several parking spaces, a large reception, large changing rooms (4 showers for women and 3 showers for men), facilities to get a beauty, 57 seats in the hot room, a tea station, a tea station, a salt wall and hours and a number of courses based on your daily reality, etc. In summary, it is a sublime place that we have I want to come and come back again and again and again for an eternity!!

A geographer by training, I worked for 15 years in the municipal field planning and being responsible for territorial development while growing up in a family where business was part of daily life. Today, I am very happy to be part of the IDOLEM family and to have made the decision to open a hot yoga studio in the city where I chose to live and to base my hopes and ideals. Full of certainties, beliefs and excitement, I am beginning the second part of my professional life by offering myself one of the greatest gifts of my life: selling well-being and a unique experience to all those who will have the call of zenitude and who will go so far as to cross the doors of my hot yoga studio in Saint-Jean.
