As soon as I crossed the threshold of Idolem Studio, I fell in love with hot yoga and its concept. I immediately felt good, in a place without judgment where tranquility reigns. For me, Idolem embodies the perfect harmony between physical well-being, sports and deep meditation.
It was in 2023 that I gave myself the privilege of exploring a unique experience by taking part in a yoga retreat in Saint-Martin. It was there, at the heart of this getaway, that I had the spark: Idolem will become an integral part of my life. Driven by the desire to have my own company, I then found my way. My aspiration? Create a studio where the movement of the body is combined with the tranquility of the mind, where every detail is designed to promote integral well-being.
