I am a woman of projects, meaning and heart. For twenty-five years, these values have led me to evolve in the world of education. Driven by this passion, I undertook graduate studies, including a DESS in education management and a master's degree in education, in order to deepen my knowledge and to act with rigor and vision. This career has allowed me to build and structure large-scale projects, to support multidisciplinary teams and to create partnerships in the public and private sectors. I have thus devoted my career to supporting the careers of young people and adults from diverse backgrounds, by developing human, organized and caring environments, where success is measured as much in confidence as in achievement.
Today, this same rigor and sensitivity guide my role as owner of the IDOLEM Rivière-des-Prairies hot yoga studio. In 2023, when overwork was taking up too much space in my life, hot yoga became a refuge and a balance. In the heat, I learned to breathe, to listen to my body, and to choose myself. This transformation made me want to share it with my community. It is in this spirit that I want to create a warm and inspiring place where everyone can relax, rekindle their inner strength and reconnect with themselves, because well-being is not a luxury, but a necessity.
I have a bachelor's degree in accounting, an entrepreneur and a content creator, deeply rooted in Rivière-des-Prairies, a neighborhood that shapes my identity, my values and my desire to be involved in my community. My career has taught me to combine rigor, creativity and long-term vision, both in terms of numbers and in terms of human projects. I like to turn ideas into concrete projects, build with intention and contribute to initiatives that have a real impact.
Coming from figure skating, sport has always been a central part of my life.
Being passionate about movement in all its forms, I developed discipline, perseverance and a deep relationship with my body very early on. Yoga has extended this path by offering me a space of balance, calm and inner listening, where body and mind can finally meet again. With Idolem Rivière-des-Prairies, my wish is to create an inclusive, inspiring and deeply human place, rooted in the local community. A space where everyone can move, breathe, refocus and leave more aligned, confident and truly at home.
