We love the physical benefits of Pilates on reformer, but we were only missing our full potential in our yoga classes.

That's why we created a brand new course: The Reformer Flow is inspired by the philosophy of IDOLEM yoga and combines the physical and effective effects of reform.

Breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, while engaging every fiber in the body. Thanks to the device Reformer, the movement is lengthened, the posture is refined, and the strength is built without tension. Back problem and soul ache, the reformer flow is our latest little gem, made available to you!

What is Reformer Flow?

The Reformer Flow is a modern and dynamic version of Pilates on Reformer. On a device specially designed to accompany each movement, you explore a fluid sequence of exercises that strengthen stabilizing muscles, shape posture, and refine body alignment — a true journey to the heart of your own inner universe.

Each session is thought of as an energy circuit:
‍• Fluidity, like the lunar cycles
• Balance, like the constellations that respond to each other
• Power under control, like a star that is forged

All in the warm and enveloping atmosphere specific to the IDOLEM experience.
