As an enthusiastic owner of an Idolem studio, I embark on this project with the firm conviction of transforming lives through the power of hot yoga. With an adventurous spirit and unwavering determination, I have always been drawn to new challenges and am fully committed to making them a reality. My eclectic professional background has led me to explore various fields, from glassblowing to teaching to cooking. A sportsman at heart, I have walked the hockey fields and crossed the finish line of several marathons, making physical activity a constant in my life over the past 40 years. Discovering hot yoga at Idolem was a revelation for me. I immediately understood that this practice would not only allow me to find physical and mental balance, but also to prolong the duration of my other passions by aging in full health. That's why I decided to share this transformative experience with as many people as possible, by opening this new studio. In this hectic race that is life, it is essential to take time for yourself. Thanks to hot yoga at Idolem, I was able to reconnect with myself and reinvent my trajectory. After 16 years dedicated to teaching science in high school, I felt a pressing call to explore new horizons. I embarked on an academic adventure by undertaking a master's degree in project management at HEC, which I am currently finalizing, and that's where my entrepreneurial spirit was awakened. Passionate about travel, cycle tourism and dance, I have an unconditional love for human contact. When the opportunity to open an Idolem hot yoga studio presented itself, it instantly resonated with me as obvious, as this practice inspires me with magic and comfort. Sharing my passion for yoga and personal well-being is a source of happiness for me, and I deeply feel that I have finally found my way.
