Working in the world of professional dance for several years, yoga has given me the peace and listening that I needed. IDOLEM studios exude a deep calm and, probably like you, I felt welcomed as soon as I set foot there. IDOLEM LORRAINE is MY perfect balance between the business world, mental well-being and physical fitness. This is why, today, I am proud to join this beautiful community. With my dynamic approach prioritizing the learning of movement through physical involvement and relaxation of the body, I wish to guide you towards achieving this balance so that your body and mind become ONE again.
