After holding various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. Throughout this journey, I have always sought a balance between my personal and professional life, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem, and with it, a place where the whirlwind of life could take a break. Over time, Idolem has helped me achieve the much-needed balance I was seeking, as well as providing a way to cope with the pressures of work and stressful moments. Today, I am the proud owner of 7 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you every day at Centropolis, Le Plateau, Plaza, Promenade Masson, St-Jérôme, St-Léonard and Villeray.

A yoga graduate since 2016, I have had the chance to explore a deeply enriching journey, combining physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. My journey into the world of yoga has allowed me to develop a holistic approach to health, where every aspect of the body, soul and spirit is taken into account for overall well-being.

My path led me to work at the Idolem studio in 2019, an experience that allowed me to perfect my practice and share my passion for yoga with a beautiful community.

In 2022, life opened a new door for me, that of returning to the Idolem studio in Saint-Jérôme, a house that inspires me and accompanies me in the evolution of my professional and spiritual journey.

In each of my practices, I seek to offer a space where one can find oneself, refocus and cultivate a deep connection with oneself and as co-owner that you find this sacred space in the studio to recharge your batteries.
