From my first visit to Idolem, the idea of ​​sharing the happiness and well-being I felt there with as many people as possible germinated in my mind. Having worked for nearly 15 years in human resources management, I have always had people's happiness at heart and it is this common point with Idolem that won me over. It is therefore with joy and passion that I embarked on the adventure by taking over the activities of the Longueuil studio. Practicing yoga allows me to maintain a balance, both physical and mental, essential to my routine. At Idolem, I discovered this perfect balance between well-being and surpassing oneself.
