After having held various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been in search of balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the whirlwind of life paused. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and also helped me get through work pressure and stress storms. Today, I am the proud owner of 5 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day in Centropolis , Villeray, Le Plateau , St-Jerome and Plaza.

I was introduced to hot yoga at Idolem in 2017 and it was an instant hit. Hot yoga was precisely what I needed in my routine to complete it. It was shortly after that, that I started my job at the reception of Idolem Villeray. During my university studies, yoga allowed me to manage my stress, to take time for myself and to escape from the tumult of studies and find myself. Here I am, a few years later, in the adventure of a lifetime that makes me grow every day! Practicing yoga for me means a return to oneself which involves constant learning and listening of oneself that goes beyond the yoga room to extend to all spheres of daily life. It is for me a deep source of inner peace. If I can participate in creating an environment where people feel good, escape, and take care of themselves, I will have succeeded in my mission and that is why I joined the IDOLEM family.
