As soon as I crossed the threshold of the Idolem studio, I was captivated by hot yoga and the concept. An ineffable tranquility enveloped me, allowing me to immerse myself in a state of inner peace. For me, Idolem embodies the perfect harmony between physical well-being, athletic practice, and profound meditation.
In the year 2023, I granted myself the privilege of exploring a unique experience by participating in a yoga retreat in Saint-Martin. It was there, at the heart of this escapade, that the revelation emerged: Idolem would become an essential part of my existence. Driven by a deep desire to embark on this journey, I glimpsed my path. My aspiration? To create a place where the movement of the body merges with the tranquility of the mind, where every detail is meticulously crafted to promote holistic well-being.
