After holding various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem and therefore the place where the whirlwind of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and also helped me get through the pressure of work and the storms of stress. Today, I am the proud owner of 5 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you every day in Centropolis, Villeray, Le Plateau, St-Jérôme and Plaza.

I was introduced to Hot Yoga in 2018 at Idolem through my father, Steve, when he took the plunge and decided to join the Idolem family. I was immediately curious about this new world. Following his journey closely, I quickly became attached to this thriving community and the world of yoga. After completing my studies and evolving for several years in the dynamic world of hot yoga alongside catering, I made the decision in 2021 to officially join my father in this adventure in order to merge our skills and experiences. Thus, it is with great joy that I now become a full member of the large family that is Idolem with the aim of perpetuating all the beautiful moments that the world of yoga has allowed me to experience until now .
