The IDOLEM St-Eustache team offers you a warm welcome in a magnificent studio with a Zen decor. Come and discover hot yoga in our spacious room that can accommodate up to 60 yogis. As a trained clinical nurse, I have always had the well-being of others at heart. It was during a difficult period of my life that I became acquainted with hot yoga at Idolem. I am convinced that it was through my visits to the studio that I was able to get through these challenges. Wishing to offer these feelings of well-being and peace to the people around me, I embarked on the adventure of acquiring an Idolem yoga studio. Everything quickly fell into place to make this dream come true. Mother of two beautiful young children and surrounded by my parents and friends who believe in my aspirations, I want to build a community that shares my values and passions.
