Yoga and meditation, true sources of balance in their lives, have profoundly transformed their daily lives. It was when they discovered Idolem Hot Yoga that the spark was lit, encouraging them to share this passion by opening an Idolem franchise. Inspired by this metamorphosis, they now want to introduce others to the benefits of this practice.
Their studio in Saint-Bruno will offer a variety of classes, such as yoga fitness and stretching, creating a space where everyone can flourish in well-being and serenity. By combining their skills and love for yoga, Sébastien and Chantal want to offer a unique experience, nourished by the warmth and energy of their practices."
