My story with Idolem began in the magnificent Brossard studio. I was charmed from my first visit. Thanks to the practice of hot yoga, I discovered a perfect balance, both physical and mental, between well-being and surpassing oneself. I would even say that this is where my adventure with Idolem was born. I worked for nearly 15 years in the field of human resources where the well-being of people has always been close to my heart. In search of a work-family-passion balance, I acquired my first Idolem studio in Longueuil in 2019. What a privilege to now also be able to welcome you to the Brossard studio, a non-judgmental place where you will find serenity and inner peace. Welcome to our home, to your home!
