It's already been several years since I began my hot yoga practice, which has proved to be a great revelation on many levels. From my very first visit to the IDOLEM studio, I fell under the spell of this unique and memorable experience, which made me feel simply good, in my element and, above all, allowed me to slow down. From that day on, this moment to take care of myself and live in the present moment has become an inescapable part of my daily routine. This is what motivates me to promote the benefits of hot yoga on physical and mental health to as many people as possible.
As I began my career in human resources management after obtaining my Master's degree in this field, I realized that positive energy, mutual support and dedication within work teams make all the difference. The acquisition of IDOLEM Verdun (the neighborhood where I grew up) will enable me to put forward a company that promotes well-being, and thus to blossom in this life project, which is perfectly aligned with my values and beliefs. What's more, I've always wanted to go into business for myself and build a company that reflects who I am. Passionate about well-being and entrepreneurship, owning my own studio is a dream come true that fills me with happiness. I look forward to welcoming you to my studio.
