After holding various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for balance between personal and professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the whirlwind of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and also helped me get through the pressure of work and stress storms. Today, I am the proud owner of 5 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you every day in , Centropolis, Villeray, Le Plateau, St-Jérôme and Plaza.

I was introduced to hot yoga at Idolem in 2017 and it was love at first sight. Hot yoga was exactly what I was missing in my routine to complete it. It was shortly after that I started my job at the reception of Idolem St-Denis. During my university studies, yoga allowed me to manage my stress, take time for myself and escape from the hustle and bustle of studies to find myself. Here I am, a few years later, on the adventure of a life that makes me grow every day! Practicing yoga means for me a return to oneself that involves constant learning and listening to oneself that goes beyond the yoga room to extend to all spheres of daily life. For me, it is a deep source of inner peace. If I can help create an environment where people feel good, escape and take care of themselves, I will have succeeded in my mission and that is why I joined the IDOLEM family.
