After holding various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been in search of balance between my personal and professional life, which has not always been easy. In 2013,I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem where the whirlwind of life took a break. Overtime, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and helped me get through the pressure of work and storms of stress.Today, I am the proud owner of 5 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day in Centropolis, Villeray, Le Plateau, St-Jerome and Plaza.

Idolem and I have a very long love story! Trained as a kinesiologist, I started working for Idolem as a studio manager, then as a yoga teacher, while completing my master's degree in organizational development at HEC. With the growth of the network and my growing love for my work, I never left this great organization! Idolem allows me to combine my two professional passions, movement and management, with the most beautiful of missions: to bring wellness to people. Today, it’s my turn! I am proud to be the owner of a studio and to be able to continue to promote this great company, surrounded by an extraordinary team that continues to help me evolve and grow.
