After holding various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for balance between personal and professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the whirlwind of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and also helped me get through the pressure of work and stress storms. Today, I am the proud owner of 5 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you every day in Centropolis, Villeray, Le Plateau, St-Jérôme and Plaza.

Idolem and I have a very long love story! A trained kinesiologist, I started working for Idolem as a studio manager, then as a yoga teacher, while I was completing my master's degree in organizational development at HEC. With the growth of the network and my growing love for my work, I never left this wonderful organization! Idolem allows me to combine my two professional passions, movement and management, with the most beautiful mission: to do good for people. Today, I am proud to be the owner of a studio and to be able to continue to promote this wonderful company, surrounded by an extraordinary team that never ceases to help me evolve and grow.
