Did you know that IDOLEM is MELODI backwards?! Our founder Melody Benhamou, mother of two magnificent Buddhas, is above all a former high-level Beach Volleyball athlete with numerous medals. In business, our founder applies her athletic perseverance in her quest for well-being for all. Mélody is a person who cares about her students and her network. Fascinated by details, our founder builds day by day a community that shines in each of its regions thanks to its diligent franchisees. Energetic, inventive and present, Mélody loves teamwork and takes real pleasure in getting up every morning to do good for her community.
Sarah
Trained as a trainer, I complete my studies in nutrition by consolidating work and studies. When selecting my future job, I had to make the choice of continuing in my field of study or moving forward with a growing company. I then jumped into the void with IDOLEM, deciding to believe that we would go far! Today, after 9 years, I share what we have built over the years with the new owners, who like us, believe in the capacity for advancement of this company. My job is to support them in their dreams of becoming an entrepreneur.

Paramedic by trade and always in action, yoga forces me to sit down and feel. As someone who remains far from any form of calm, both in my professional and personal life, the discovery of Idolem hot yoga was a real revelation. Practicing for many years, yoga taught me self-improvement in a different way: through letting go! After 12 years on the road, still passionate about my job, I was looking for a little more zenitude, while continuing to care about the well-being of others. After several years of attending the Boucherville studio, the opportunity presented itself to join the Idolem family. When the universe sends you signs, you have to know how to listen. So, here I am! I look forward to sharing the benefits of yoga with you and meeting each member of this beautiful community. Carpe Diem !

On October 25, 2021, I took a direction that allowed me to bring together the things that are essential to me and feel aligned with myself on a daily basis.Passionate about customer service and personal growth, "I did my yoga teacher training at the same time and" initially worked in the field of representation with a lot of sales training.I like to see my world happy and to be able to offer them the best.Subsequently, I completed my yoga teacher training, which really changed my life.Today I take care of training our magnificent advisors and offering our students the best of ourselves.People are my priority and I thank Idolem for giving me this chance to pass on my passion.
