Everything has been designed to take you to escape and live your present moment with us and our beloved yoga teachers!More precisely, the studio has been designed for your comfort and to meet your needs: Several parking spaces, a large reception, large changing rooms (4 showers for women and 3 showers for men), facilities for swimming. beauty, 57 places in the hot room, a tea station, a salt wall and hours and a number of lessons based on your daily reality, etc. In summary, it is a sublime place that we want to come and come back again and again and this, for an eternity !!

As a trained geographer, I worked for 15 years in the municipal sector. Planning and being responsible for territorial development was just like the family I grew up in where business was part of everyday life. Today, I am very happy to be part of the IDOLEM family and to have made the decision to open a Hot Yoga studio on the territory of the city where I chose to live and to base my hopes and dreams. Filled with certainties, convictions, and nervousness, I begin the second part of my professional life by offering myself one of the greatest gifts of my life: selling well-being and a unique experience to all those who will have the call to zenitude and who will go so far as to walk through the doors of my Hot Yoga studio in Saint-Jean. With a warm heart, I will always welcome you with joy and with the most beautiful of smiles.
