Our new Idolem studio in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu is simply majestic, unique in its kind, warm with a mix of exotic and current trends! We feel good there, it is spacious, the place and the people are welcoming and brighten your day for sure. You enter the studio and there is your moment! Everything has been designed to bring you to escape and live your present moment with us and our beloved yoga teachers! More precisely, the studio has been designed for your great comfort and to meet your needs: Several parking spaces, a large reception, large changing rooms (4 showers for women and 3 showers for men), facilities for getting a beauty treatment, 57 places in the hot room, a tea station, a salt wall and times and a number of classes based on your daily reality, etc. In short, it is a sublime place that we want to come and come back again and again and this, for an eternity!!

A geographer by training, I worked for 15 years in the municipal sector doing planning and being responsible for territorial development while growing up in a family where business was part of everyday life. Today, I am very happy to be part of the IDOLEM family and to have made the decision to open a hot yoga studio in the city where I have chosen to live and to base my hopes and ideals. Full of certainties, convictions and excitement, I am starting the second part of my professional life by offering myself one of the greatest gifts of my life: selling well-being and a unique experience to all those who will have the call of zenitude and who will go so far as to cross the doors of my hot yoga studio in Saint-Jean. Warm by nature, I always welcome you with joy and the most beautiful smile.
