For a long time I believed that Yoga was for others, but especially, not for me. Mainly because of a period in my life where I had difficulty in doing everyday physical activities. It was my reason, my excuse. And one day, I allowed myself to “try this, Yoga”. It was a revelation! While I approached this sport as a way to regain mobility, Yoga allowed me to reconnect with my desires, my values ​​and to allow me to create my dream life. It is through the practice of Asanas, teacher training, wonderful encounters, readings, several coincidences of life (or choices) that I began to imagine a welcoming, inspiring, reassuring, energizing place, a place of de/re/connection, inclusive where we feel safe, where we all have permission to be human. While my professional interests have always been focused on the human being, I realize that I have all the cards in hand, by adding all of this to my experience in managing a work team, to realize my dream. I realize that I want to create this magical place, our studio, to share it with you because I like to believe in magic (yoga has surprisingly allowed me to still believe that magic exists). Today, I am excited to invite you to come visit us in the fall of 2024 in your new Idolem studio in Châteauguay. I can't wait to grow with you in this new adventure.
