I have long believed that Yoga was for others, but above all, not for me. Mainly due to a period in my life where I found it difficult to carry out mundane daily physical activities. That was my reason, my excuse. And one day, I allowed myself to “try this, Yoga”. It was a revelation! While I approached this sport as a way to regain mobility, Yoga allowed me to reconnect with my desires, my values and to allow me to create my dream life. It is through the practice of Asanas, teacher training, magnificent encounters, readings, several coincidences of life (or choices) that I began to imagine a welcoming, inspiring, reassuring, energizing place, a place of un/re/connection, inclusive where we feel safe, where we all have permission to be human. While my professional interests have always been human-centered, I realize that I hold all the cards, adding it all up to my experience of managing a work team, to make my dream come true. I face the facts, I want to create this magical place, our studio, to share it with you because I like to believe in magic (yoga has surprisingly allowed me to still believe that magic exists). Today Today, I am excited to invite you to come visit us in the fall of 2024 in your new Idolem studio in Châteauguay. I look forward to being able to grow with you in this new adventure.
